The Brewery

Eastern Divide offers a variety of craft beers, from classics like a Porter, Honey Wheat, or Irish Red, to the trendier Kveik IPA, Fruited Milkshake, and Smoothie Sour. All beers are brewed onsite in our 10-barrel system, and much of our fruit, honey, and other additional ingredients are sourced locally. We maintain a barrel-aging program as well as a canning program, and Brandon (our brewer) is initiating a bottle series for release in the coming year. In addition to beer, we brew all craft sodas and coffee in house.

We currently maintain over two dozen oak barrels that previously stored bourbon, wine, rum, or maple syrup. This enables us to deepen flavors, age beers for complexity, and experiment with wild souring. Next time you’re in the taproom, ask your pourer what’s fresh from the barrel.

We are currently canning a growing number of beers, including the Los Mas Mexican Lager and the Commerce Street Kolsch. Four-packs and cases are for sale in the taproom and in our online store. All can labels are designed by award-winning graphic designer Meaghan Dee of Virginia Tech.
